Silver Vandal Resistant Snap Frames with a 25mm round profile. Tamper proof poster frames offer extra security as the frame is opened with the use of a lever tool, making them ideal for toilets and where poster theft is a problem. We also sell these in a black version. 

The frame profile looks similar to a normal 25mm silver snap frame, but instead of having a groove that you use to lift the edge of the frame open with your thumb, it has a round profile shape, so you need a lever tool to open it.
